Broker Renewal Requirement. As a reminder to our Broker/Intermediary members, you must have an active Colorado Real Estate Broker license. For renewal, you are required to have fulfilled at least ONE of the three following requirements in 2009 in order to renew and maintain your membership in good standing for 2010:

  1. Took an educational course from IBBA, AMAA, IBA or ACG
  2. Attended an IBBA conference
  3. Served as a CABI Board member or officer
