Speaker: Lloyd Gottman

Lloyd Gottman is the Founder and President of Synergetic Systems, LLC, formed in 2001 to offer businesses information to hire and develop employees who produce outstanding success. Clients include organizations of all sizes, entrepreneurial to very large, who want to take their performance to the next level. Lloyd’s career included thirty years of senior leadership in such companies as a highly successful, privately owned startup company; management of a Fortune 500 subsidiary company and ownership of his own company. His consulting successes include numerous business owners who achieve extraordinary results. Lloyd was raised in a Georgia farming community where he learned a strong work ethic. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management from Georgia Institute of Technology and his MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Lloyd’s community activities include Rotary International, the Wharton Alumni Association, Association for Corporate Growth, Colorado Companies to Watch and Vistage International.
